On the official site of State tax administration of Ukraine can download the free program "The system for filing tax reportsі" for entrepreneurs (known as OPZ). 

But if the check is "Soft ware" for viruses, it turns out that the program is infected file! 

Analysis via Virustotal shows that 22 out of 40 (55%) of popular antivirus define a Trojan in the file ansi2oem.exe.
